Cusco Cooking
August 23rd 2012 Laki and I spent last night at the Cusco Cooking
School learning how to knock up a few Peruvian dishes
with two intrepid Canadian explorers Pam and Irene.
We went to an amazing market to buy our ingredients and returned to make a potato and egg salad with a spicey peanut dressing, chicken with rice and chocolate fondue.
