we are a group of friends and Masters students, two of us studying Entomology and one Environmental and Sustainable Development.
We have been setting up a project in North Benin which will run from October to December, to explore the possibilities of the sustainable use of insects as food and a source of income for people there. In fact, the aim of the project is to further the research on edible insects in the context of local technical knowledge, biodiversity conservation and food security.
