The morning of Friday, June 15th we had our last meeting at the Hai Ning city planning department. There were lots of maps and documents being passed around. I did some intense Chinese studying. that's not chinglish at least chinglish make sense to chinese, but this one make no sense to anyone. just used a bad translation software, and nobody even bother to check (why check? nobody read it any way)
