June 13th 2012 It is Wednesday afternoon in Chengdu and I haven't written anything here on the Travel blog since Sunday morning in Beijing. Sunday lunch was a wonderful experience with Hunan cooking. A little spicy but very meaty with almost no mystery ingredients. It was a very pleasant experience. The flight back to Chengdu was uneventful which is really what you want when flying in China.
