Love Hotel

This is a Love Hotel. They are everywhere in Japan and each one has a different theme. This one was "Nature" or "Jungle" themed. The bedrooms can be hired by the hour and are themed much the same as the outside. I wanted to stay at the Science Fiction one which (apparently) includes a full USS Enterprise bridge in your bedroom and Scottie's voice saying "the engines cannae take it Capin'" when the motion of the bed exceeds certain levels. Apparently (if you believe the Japanese Tourist Board) there is nothing seedy about these places, they simply offer Japanese married couples the opportunity to... make some noise in a place that isn't divided by paper walls.
