Last week I made my way down the Northeastern coast of Brazil from Natal to Recife. Through some luck and careful planning I have the good fortune to be able to take a few weeks off from my job and travel. My destination is Brazil, and my plan is to take in as much of it as I can in the time I have available. some background basics: I'm a 27 year old American guy who works as an engineer testing electronics. While I've travelled extensively within the states, this will be my first trip out of the US. I don't speak Portuguese, and for much of my 6 week trip will be travelling alone... this should make for quite an adventure!... full info
