Here we are in La Paz waiting for a plane to Rurranabaque which has thus far been cancelled on a number of occasions due to mystery Bolivian reasons. La Paz is the highest capital city in the world and the altitude is getting frankly tiresome as every step is a chore and everyting in this city is bloody uphill.
