21st October: The bus ride to hanoi was easy, we got dropped off for a free lunch and then taken to the boarder crossing. we passed immigration with great success and we're now in vietnam!! we got our bus at the border which took us into Hanoi.

We are Katie Miller and Michael Kirby from Northampton England. We have packed up our day jobs in order to go travelling round (some of) the world. We will be starting our tavels on 12th September 2011 heading to Beijing. Following this we are planning on heading west and south across China before going to Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Thailand. Then flying to Austrailia and then New Zealand before we come home via San Fransico.
