Kanchanaburi - Death Railway, Tiger Temple, Waterfalls...Bit of an essay!

After the hustle of the Bangkok streets, Charlie and I headed west to the Tiger Temple. We were due to be picked up at 6.30am, being the prompt British people we are, we landed downstairs at the reception of the hotel at 6.25am expecting a taxi to be waiting for us to take us there.
