This blog follows my flight over the Atlantic to the US to visit friends in Florida and Denver, and the Oshkosh AirVenture, the biggest fly-in in the world. I'm a pilot for 42 year now (I started glider flying with the age of 15), and I have been flying a lot since then in Europe, the US (where I got my pilot licence in 1977), and also a bit in Africa.
