After the high flight over the Rockies there was no point in going high over the rest of the US - so I stayed as low as I dared over Colorado and Kansas to see more of the small hills and meadows of that region. This blog follows my flight over the Atlantic to the US to visit friends in Florida and Denver, and the Oshkosh AirVenture, the biggest fly-in in the world.
