I just scorched my mouth. Not on hot, but on spice. I ate papaya salad again, and this time I asked for it to be Thai-style. I'll let you know how my digestive system likes that choice tomorrow. Namaste :) As you may already know, my collegiate travel story is different from that of many other Americans. No road trip down Route 66; no backpacking through Europe or a drunken spring break in Mexico for me.
