Day 11: At Sea
May 7th 2011 Today we made the run from Puntarenas, Costa Rica to the Panama Canal. Highlights of today were a lecture by David Waas on the history, politics and culture of Panama, another lecture by the excellent Christopher Ball, and (in the evening) an event called "MV Explorer has Talent" - a somewhat optimistic title in some instances.
