Good day ashore with morning visiting turtle reserve . In the bus we catch a glimpse of the islands wealth, hidden behind high walls, secluded drives and palm trees. Pick up local freesheet newspaper with an intriguing story about harvesting organs for transplants and I wonder if this is the new growth area for the Cayman Islands.
