Week 5 , a tough week in some respect, I had a couple of hours at the circuit training ..my heart wasn't in it really so I did not put too much effort in and as it didn't hurt the next day I guess it just wasn't enough! no spinning this week either so I relied on today which was great ..only 30 miles but tough high heart rate miles ...up to Cranham via Portway ..any cyclist will tell you that Por ... read more
