So our first flight gets cancelled due to AA's inability to repair the de-icing equipment (after getting delayed from 12:05 to 1:00). They locate/find a "spare" 777 for us. The new departure time is 2:00 they tell us...then 2:30. At 2:30 they tell us they are going to load the plane BUT everyone has to be onboard and seated before 3:10 pm or the crew will go into overtime, which isn't allowed ... read more
