The side streets of Chiapa de Corzo

My watch has stopped. Grrr. Our tour on Wednesday was a short one which took us on a boat through the Canyon del Sumidero . We saw amazing rock and moss structures, spider monkeys and a crocodile. Jo and Lauren

Lauren and I are about to embark on a six week trip to Mexico. We have been housemates in Tamworth for a year, and now we will test the friendship further with the trip of a lifetime. We will spend our first 4 weeks in Mexico City with a host family, and attend Universidad La Salle, to complete a course " Health care in developing countries". We will then spend the last 2 weeks backpacking and visiting other towns including the city of Oaxaca, Puerto Escondidas and finally finishing off with time on the beach in Acapulco.
