Marcie at about 1 minute old. How long are those legs??!!!

On Monday I witnessed the birth of an alpaca, when Persephone gave birth to a healthy, if gangly, Marcie, who weighed in at 8 kgs! I have just given up my job and my home to go to France. The main purpose for this massive change in my life is to study and hone my skills as a web developer/designer. I will be working unpaid on an Alpaca farm in Limalonges, where my reward will be board and lodgings.
