We have rain! Proper heavy rain, finally. My first action of the day was to head out for my physio appointment. Arrived and explained what has been going on with my thigh, and, within about 5 minutes, she had worked out that I actually tore my right thigh almost completely about 3 years ago when I initially hurt it.
