Lots to squeeze in today. Firstly we went to the Sumo museum in Kokugikan, had a look around all the art work and the videos of moves and matches. Wanted to go to a Tea ceremony at Happoen Garden unfortunately fully booked so scrapped that plane and went on the tube to Shinjuku to the sky scraper district, where we went up in the Tokyo Metropolitan Government building.
