The Government of Pakistan, Gilgit-Baltistan Council (GBC) has approved reduction in mountain royalty fee for the calendar year 2017 as per details given below
• Zero royalty fee for peaks up to 6500-M
• 10% royalty fee on mountains situated in Chitral, Gilgit and Ghizer except on Spantik/Golden Peak.
