asado!

Our guides cooked up a veritable feast for lunch. It was an asado (bbq) with whole cows worth of meat on it (you can just see it smoking in the background)and was absolutely delicious, apart from the intestines!

I´ve spent the last 2 weeks studying Spanish in Cordoba (in between partying, exploring the sierras and stuffing my face in wonderfully cheap restaurants!).
