Arusha Arusha lies at the foot of Mount Meru and is one of the niciest cities we have seen in East Africa. The atmosphere is fine, we have a a nice hotel (Hotel Flamengo) and there are cosy restaurants. The town is a wonderfull mix of christians, muslims and Masai, (who are often christians).
