Wednesday 15th September The plane flight was uneventful and after several hours we arrived in Riga. It was good to be able to read signs again, even if they were in Latvian. We first backpacked in Eastern Europe in 2001 visiting Netherlands, Slovakia, Slovenia & Italy. In 2002 we spent the whole 12 months backpacking around the world.
