Scammed in smoggy Santiago

First stop on our South American trip was the city of Santiago. Unfortunately there is no sign of our Turismo Cocha pick up at the airport and we are swarmed upon by millions of men, sounding like a flock of seagulls chanting ‘cheap, cheap, taxi!’ After numerous attempts to call Turismo Cocha we realise it is useless as we can’t get onto an English operator.
