First time to be in Sardinia. Hotel Ancora is a simple tourist hotel and the tourist business is probably the only they have in Santa Teresa. Somehow I always feel more at home in Italy than in the Spain or Franch and perhaps the reason is that the Italians does not spek so much more english than the other countries but they are willing and doing their best to help you. In my previous life I worked for a more or less big company. Since about 8 years travelling is one of the things I try to do as much as possible. Every year I try to make at least one big trip by train. I did already the Orient expres route in normal trains, all the trains in Australia. Around Scandinavia and last year around UK.
