It has definitely sunk in that Im in Thailand and holy shite are the only words that come to mind. After a sleepless plane ride, I stepped out into the muggy smelly Bangkok air at 11pm with no idea what I was doing. I knew to catch the A1 bus and get off near a 7-11.
