City Hall Ice Sculptures In front of Seoul City Hall there was an exhibitions of Ice Sculptures 😊 We got to "took a ride" in a cute ice car - it didn't get us very far, but surely got our pants wet 😊 The City Hall itself was decorated with beautiful Christmas lights.. so wonderful at night!
