They are waiting for me as I come down the stairs.. they follow you as they did in Ethiopia, hoping for a treat. But you can't start to give them anything because thousands will start running to you.

I am sending some pictures of the Cape Town Townships. There is so much history here of the pain of apartheid; you feel it in the air. People separate by race and the majority of South Africans still live this way. There were Black, Colored, Indian and White groups and living areas were divided by race.
