Thursday 27.5.2010 day 225 Izamal Today we got the buss to the city of Izamal (the city if hills), it is located right in the middle of the peninsula. It is one of the oldest city’s in Yucatan and it’s history is attached to religious events. Izamal was conquered by the Spaniards.
