Cacoa

Here is the cacoa after roasting. One bowl has been shelled and the other is ready to be shelled. I tasted the roasted beans and they taste bitter and burnt. Hey, Cathy Duff I was thinking you might be able to tolerate munching on these!

Hi everyone, Life here is good on the Island. I have a routine this week. I have been getting up at 5 am when the birds are making lots of noise, having coffee and breakfast and doing volunteer work on the island.
