Anzio 5-2-2010 May 2nd 2010 Today was amazing. We went to the American Cemetary near Anzio. We met Joseph Bevilacqua who was the director of the cemetary. He was very interested of Uncle Jim's story. In talking with him we learned that Uncle Jim actually fought on the ground that was given as a cemetary. It was very touching to walk through rows and rows of crosses and read the names of the men & women that served. One ... read more
