We Flew in from Singapore and were surprised how large and empty the Bangkok airport was...we head straight to the official government information which is located on the left at the far end when exiting the customs area buses were about B150 =$11 each and we then have to walk to find our accommodation so we opt for a taxi which is B500 = $16 we went straight to the hotel and checked in and waited ... read more

We are home now after completing our 5 and 1/2 month journey throughout asia...we had the most amazing time and have seen unbelievable sites...our highlights would be.... Malaysia- seeing the Organtuans Singapore- being there for chinese new year Thailand- sitting with the tigers (Chiang Mai), staying in tree houses (khoa Sok national park) India- golden temple (amritsar), Taj Mahal Vietnam- Sapa, easyriders Dalat China- great wall, panda's(chengdu), stone forest (kunming),guilin-yangshou and yangshou in general Hong Kong- Peak, Avenue of the stars Cambodia- Bayon Indonesia- borobudu... full info
