One of the guests at the site wanted coconut juice so this worker climbed up and hacked down some coconuts. I was give one of them - I'm guessing you can't get juice any fresher than this!

I decide not to get up for the Jiu-Jitsu class today as I am feeling really exhausted. I sleep in, have a leisurely breakfast (which consists of whatever I have in my fridge) and chill in the restaurant.
