I arrived back in Kabul last week after what seemed like an enormous length of time at home in Calgary. The only thing that has changed here is that it is little whiter and little wetter. We don't see it on the news as the majority of the footage comes from the lower lying regions of Kandahar in the West and Kabul (at only 5,600 ft) in the East.
