The travel from Crater Lake to Northern California was an easy six hour drive and the change in the weather was quite significant. Where is it was beautiful sunshine it became cloudy and foggy once we entered the big forest, the surrounding towns and cities are certainly not worth a visit so just keep on driving if you have that opportunity.
