More tramping in the Southern Alps
January 23rd 2007 Following our visit to a misty, mysterious Milford Sound, we loop back through Te Anau and back up the shore of Lake Wakatipu to Wanaka over the Cardrona Valley Road. It seems scarcely believable now, in full summer, but come August this part of South Island is a busy ski area.
