Loose tooth

This is one of my best captured moments in photography. I was on the other side speaking with Kassra when I discovered this man who was playing with a loose tooth . Reminded me alot of children who play with their milk tooth - except this was no child and probably could have avoided loosing a tooth with regular dentist visits.
