Nepal - Kathmandu, Pokhara and our Annapurna trek - 12th -21st Dec
December 23rd 2009 So it was time to leave India to head to Nepal. Our Air India flight was so empty. Approaching Kathmandu was amazing, we saw snow capped mountain peaks peeping over the clouds. The scenery as we were coming down was beautiful, the mountains, hills and the gorgeous terraced fields. Chris said it was the scenery he was expecting from South America.
