Arriving in Rio...

Back in Rio after almost 10 years. Nothing seems to have changed except for the cost of living, which has amazed me on how expensive Rio and Brazil have become. We arrived in Rio at 10p.m to some serious rain, which we were told had been raining non stop for the last 5 days and you could tell as all the roads were turning into small rivers.
