Patsy in Chiang Mai Chiang Mai, Thailand We took an overnight train from Bangkok to Chiang Mai. An overnight train is where you sit on a seat until bedtime, and then someone comes and makes the seat into a bed and puts down a top bunk so you can sleep on the train.
