Wow it is hot out here! Very different to South Africa. No barbed wire on houses and it feels a lot safer at night. The flight over from Joberg was a long one but Singapore Airlines are really good. Lots of turbulence just after take off and it lasted for about an hour but finally settled down when we got above 10,000. The flight info on board said we cruised at 12,500 and it was -55 outside.
