Day 7 Land Ho at Hilo (Thursday we think)
September 25th 2009 We set our clocks back one more time (now 3 hours different from Vancouver, 5 hours from St Louis).
We arrived at the “big island” today and docked at about 8:00 AM. We ate an early breakfast at the buffet on the 9th deck so we could watch the approach to land. It was startling to see land after all these days at sea. It makes you wonder about some of the explorers like Columbus who did not
