Die ersten 1500 Liter Himbeereis sind im Freezer! Natuerlich nicht ohne einen sensorischen Test meinerseits, das gehoert zur Verantwortung in diesem Job. Aber auf diese Weise opfere ich mich doch gerne auf. Und heute gibt es Cappuccino- und Schokoeis! Und von beidem haben wir ein wenig Mix entnommen, so dass wir neue Sorten ausprobieren koennen.
