July 16th 2009 I never really had the priveledge of travelling whilst growing up as a kid in South Africa. My Travels started with friends about 5 years ago taking me all the way to the Drakensberg. I decided on my first solo backpacking trip in January 2009 and by April 17th 2009 I was well on my way to explore my own country. before setting foot abroad, it was important for me to get to know my own country
