Paul McCartney's concert took place in the Common at the end of our street - about 500m away so we sat on the porch with a bottle of wine and heard it all in comfort.

Not having access to Gust O'Wind this summer has been a mixed blessing - it has not been a good sailing season on Georgian Bay - so our typical trip to the north Channel might not have been up to past years.
