I saw this board while standing at the cross between Tạ Hiền và Lương Ngọc Quyến streets, which is called by western backpackers as "Bia Hơi corner". Bia Hơi is the local fresh beer and many backpackers/tourists love to sit down at this place, drink beer, chat with each other and watch the world go by.
