The SS Klondike

No longer in service as a boat, but serving now as a museum, the SS Klondike was one of 250 boats hauling people and supplies on the Yukon River.

We are now traveling the Yukon Highway (Still the Alcan Highway) as it is called here locally. Arrival in Whitehorse was a thrill as this is the largest town we have seen in the last two weeks. We have phone service, wifi, and all the luxuries of a big city.
