April 2008: Prudential Realestate moved in

The prudential real estate people moved in to the old Oteen Bank Building in April. The realtors thought they were immune to the crashing real estate market. They ended up putting their building up for sale in April 2009, after realizing that Asheville was not exempt from the problems of the rest of the world.
