This shot was taken in the clouds above Ireland as the sun was rising. I'd watched the sun set on my flight only a few hours earlier. Talk about time warp! We flew, literally, into the next day.

I am an assistant professor in the Communication Studies Department at University of Nebraska-Lincoln. After getting bitten by the travel bug in 2009 (when I taught I taught for the CIMBA program in northern Italy), I've been itching to see more of the big, beautiful world.
